These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sparclii Inc., incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
You must be at least 18 and legally authorized to enter contracts in Ontario. Cleaners must be authorized to work in Canada.
Sparclii connects independent cleaning contractors with clients. All Cleaners are independent contractors, not Sparclii employees.
All payments in CAD. Platform service fee disclosed at booking. HST applied where required under Ontario tax law.
Clients may cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before service.
Governed by Ontario and Canadian law. Disputes subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
